The role is a unique and wonderful opportunity for a recently graduated enthusiastic & career focused HR Officer, to join the Human Resources team at our Lisburn Headquarters.  The role’s primary responsibility will be to deliver first class employee administration and operational support for managers across the global Camlin Group. 

The successful applicant will be accountable for ensuring all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner, as well as delivering exceptional customer service to the organisation.  


Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding, leave management, HR compliance, and records management and retention. 

• Provide administrative support and coordination of the recruitment & selection process 

• Provide support and information to both line managers & employees on policies & procedures 

• Maintaining and coordinating induction & staff training schedules 

• Provide standard reports, handle ad-hoc report requests, and provide HR analytics on demand. 

• Assist & coordinate performance management process 

• Ensure that accurate employee records and data is maintained 

• Coordinate and provide support for all associated HR administration in a professional manner and deal with confidential material 

• Cultivate networks across a variety of functions and locations with the organization.  

• This role regularly works with information that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. 

• Sit on Health & Wellbeing and Sports & Social cross functional committees 


Required Criteria

• Degree in Human resources or a closely related business discipline 

• 1-2 years HR administration experience in a commercial environment 

• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook 

• Experience of a fast-paced environment (any sector)  

• Exceptional attention to detail  

• Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information  

• Strong communication skills in English – written and verbal  

• Exceptional organisational skills, working flexibly and prioritising workload to meet deadlines 

  •  Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
